Flyby Photography have our own OSC, which is demonstrated in the info graphic. This allows us to operate in the most congested of areas LEGALLY.
If you as the SUA Operator have written your own Volume 1 & 2, the volume 3 needn't be as daunting as many make out. There is no need to unnecessarily restrict your operations when operating to your OSC, a pragmatic attitude to safety and risk management as well as a common sense approach are what the CAA are looking for. I would suggest a minimum of 50 hours logged flights by your RP to assist with your argument to the CAA to offer you an exemption. We run OSC consultancy from our Kent office, and do not offer the service remotely or over the phone, we feel that a sit down discussion is the best approach so we can determine exactly what you as a company need in terms of exemptions, and the most pragmatic approach to write the document. To discus your requirements, please contact the team. |
